No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law or specified in a promotional offer.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for reasons including suspected fraudulent activity or legal non-compliance. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All outstanding fees remain due.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with or without notice, and we will attempt to communicate significant downtime in advance. We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or errors arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party outages or force majeure events.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. By using the services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in that location.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our platform. Material changes—such as pricing or scope of services—will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notice, where feasible. Continued use of our services after revisions implies acceptance of the new Terms.
